Does your organization need our services?

We equip churches to break through barriers and maximize their global impact for Christ. In order to reach their full impact, Christ & Hearts believes churches need to be able to answer in the affirmative to all of the following questions.
Does your church have a memorable, biblical mission statement that serves as a compass to navigate your ministries?
Do you habitually consult your mission statement when making all decisions that affect the future direction of your church?
Have you carefully identified your actual core values so that you understand why you are successful in some areas and struggle in others?
Is your church currently pursuing a vision that casts a clear, compelling, picture of your future?
Do your values align with those of a growing and maturing church, as exemplified by the first century church in Acts 2:42-47?
Is the vision for your church communicated throughout the year to keep everyone moving forward together?
Has your church’s impact in your community been such that if you were to suddenly disappear, it would leave a serious hole in your community and fewer people would hear the Gospel?
Do your values align with those of a growing and maturing church, as exemplified by the first century church in Acts 2:42-47?
Does the culture of your church make people view themselves as Christ’s missionaries instead of just church members?
Do you have a clear, simple pathway for making disciples that most in your church
understand and are actively pursuing?
Do your church’s ministries align with the characteristics of a maturing disciple?
Do you have an intentional process for increasing and empowering lay people to lead and do the church’s ministries?
Do your people understand their giftedness and how to use their gifts in the ministries of your church?
Does your staff/team enthusiastically align with your core values, mission, and vision?
Are your facilities attractive to guests and easy to navigate?
Do your facilities contribute functionally to the realization of your vision in the community?
Do you have a biblical strategy in place for raising finances that has resulted in increased giving over the last few years?
